September 16, 2026 release adds audit logging, multi-product rule support, and order workflow updates
On September 16, 2026, this production release delivers enhancements to audit logging, rule management, order workflows, revision requests, findings management, and helpdesk administration. The update also improves workflow transparency, review efficiency, and platform reliability.
What's new
Audit logging enhancements
Added comprehensive audit logging to provide greater visibility into user actions and system changes.
Expanded audit tracking across rules, checklists, and additional review-related areas to improve traceability and support compliance requirements.
Added creation and update tracking for rule and checklist records.
Rule builder enhancements
Added support for multiple product types within static custom rules, providing greater flexibility when configuring review logic.
Enhanced Rule Builder controls to prevent unsupported manual entry in dropdown and severity selection fields, improving configuration consistency.
Workflow enhancements
Revision requests can now include PDF artifacts, giving recipients additional context and supporting documentation.
Added support for user-friendly rule names within revision request communications.
Added a synchronous API capability for running UAD rules through the Review Service and Review Engine.
Helpdesk enhancements
Added per-image rule firing details to the Rule Diagnostics page to improve troubleshooting and analysis capabilities.
Enhanced UCDP Submission History search capabilities with support for collateral client, order ID, and document file ID searches.

New feature screenshots
Use the settings icon in the top-right corner to navigate to the new Audit log (available only to admins). Use the Group dropdown to pick your log category, and the Action dropdown to select the actions to review.
On the Findings management page, the Rule builder now lets you multi-select which report types your custom rule should apply to.
The Order details screen now reflects the Loan purpose in the first box and any applicable dates delivered from the platform in the far-right box.
Go to the settings icon in the top-right corner, then select Members and permissions, then click Edit on any user. The third tab in the drawer is Lending authority, and we’ve recently added the ability to restrict eligible reviews by Loan classification code.
