Enhancements to checklist management, review workflows, and tier assignment processing
This September 28, 2026 UAT release focuses on enhancements to checklist management, audit and review workflows, rule quality, findings management, and tier assignment processing. The update also includes usability improvements and fixes designed to improve review accuracy, workflow consistency, and platform reliability.
What's new
Checklist enhancements
Introduced an updated checklist sorting experience designed to improve organization and usability for reviewers.
Added support for displaying checklist dynamic field dates using a consistent date format across the application and generated PDF documents.
Review workflow enhancements (see screenshots below)
Summary comments can now be left optional during finalization workflows, providing additional flexibility for review completion.
Added a Return to Review option within the More Actions menu to streamline review workflows.
Rule updates
Added support for the latest Appendix H-1 UAD Compliance Rules updates to improve compliance coverage and validation capabilities.

Findings management improvements
Review artifacts generated through the Generate PDF option now honor selected severity and decision filters, ensuring output aligns with the user's chosen findings criteria.
Updated messaging for bulk revision request actions to improve clarity and user guidance.
Order and review experience improvements
Reviewer initials and tier names are now displayed separately within activity log cards to improve readability.
Message content is now automatically trimmed to remove unnecessary leading and trailing spaces.
Simplified lending authority configuration options by removing unnecessary code references from option labels.
Tiering and assignment improvements
Enhanced Get Next processing for rush orders to improve assignment accuracy and prioritization.
Improved Get Next error messaging to provide clearer feedback when assignment actions cannot be completed.
Continued refinement of tiering logic and assignment processing to improve workflow consistency.
Rules and analytics improvements
Continued rule analysis initiatives to improve rule quality, coverage, and execution consistency.
Completed additional rule reviews for rules identified as rarely or never firing, improving overall rule effectiveness.
Security and platform maintenance
Implemented additional security remediations and vulnerability mitigations to improve platform security and stability.
What's fixed
Fixed issues within tiering logic that could affect review assignment and routing behavior.
Fixed a reconciliation workflow issue where a reconciliation order could inherit the reviewer but not the assigned tier, resulting in missing checklist assignments.
Fixed checklist indicator issues affecting red and green status markers.
Fixed cross-client contamination issues affecting low-severity findings.
Fixed remaining cross-client contamination issues affecting high-severity findings.
Fixed an issue where checklist updates could incorrectly apply to orders already in progress.
Fixed an issue where review findings did not always support returning an order to review from the appropriate workflow actions.
Fixed an issue where rush orders were not handled correctly during Get Next assignment processing.
Fixed sorting indicator behavior for ascending and descending order lists.
Fixed issues identified through rule analysis related to rule execution and coverage.
Fixed checklist persistence and review workflow behaviors to improve consistency across multi-tier review scenarios.
Fixed miscellaneous security, stability, and code-quality issues to improve the overall reliability of the platform.

New feature screenshots
In Organization settings, you can now set the default as long as you check any of the selections, removing the requirement to share Revision summary comments by default.
In More actions on the Order details screen, you can now return an escalated file to a previous tier and reviewer. The dropdown reflects all previous reviewers for that file.
