Platform enhancements

Configurable dashboard [APPMOD-5066] We are streamlining the CMS dashboard and introducing configuration options to make the dashboard more meaningful to your workflow.

Streamline updates:

  • Removed duplicate queues on the dashboard (there were several duplicate queues between the table on the left side and the tiles at the top)

  • Updated all dashboard queues to display results in the advanced search format

  • Added a "Pinned Orders" tile. Users can pin an order from the order summary, and it will appear on the "Pinned Orders" queue on the dashboard. Users can have a maximum of 100 pinned orders at a time.

Users configurations:

  • Decide which tiles and charts appear on each dashboard (My Orders, My Group Orders, All Orders) to focus your attention on the things most important to your role and workflow

  • Select up to 5 saved searches to populate a new "My Saved Searches" chart, which will show the count of orders that match each search as a bar graph.

  • Select whether queue results open in a new tab when you click them, or open in the same tab

Admin configurations:

  • Configure global dashboards. These dashboards will override user dashboard configurations.

  • Admin users can override all dashboards or just specific dashboards. The only configurations that cannot be controlled at the admin level are the saved searches.

Platform enhancements only visible with 3.6 enabled

Revision request message [APPMOD-11067] To simplify vendor communication, we now combine Investigate summary comments and finding notes into a single, organized history entry for every revision request.

Add Reviewer Reason and Source for Investigate revision requests [APPMOD-10660] We added a "Reviewer Findings" reason and an "Investigate" source, which will automatically populate when a revision is requested from the Investigate platform.

Limiting rule check on appraisals uploaded to CMS UI [APPMOD-10572] We updated the appraisal upload rules logic to differentiate between direct UI uploads and Ports uploads. We will now only run UAD schema check rules on appraisals uploaded directly to the CMS UI, ensuring they will only be rejected if the 3.6 zip file is incorrectly formatted.

Add column to Advanced Search preferences [APPMOD-9805] We added "Product Type" as a selectable column in advanced search, making it easier to distinguish between legacy forms and UAD 3.6 products.

Issue resolutions

SubLoanType and Bulk Create Order [APPMOD-10907] To prevent incomplete orders, we updated the bulk create process to handle sub-loan types consistently and notify users of invalid values before they reach the investigation stage.

Sales Price in granular event(s) [APPMOD-11012] We synchronized data masking rules across system components to ensure fields like sales price and loan amounts are redacted correctly based on your configuration.

AppraisalPort™ enhancements
