Checklist-to-Tier Assignment, Expanded GetNext Prioritization, and New Document Types Land in UAT

What's New

• Enabled the ability to associate checklists with review tiers, allowing organizations to apply structured review steps based on assignment logic

Review & Assignment Experience

• Enhanced GetNext prioritization logic by enabling additional fields (e.g., valuation type, property type, appraised value) to be configured and used for assignment workflows

Document & Workflow Processing

• Added support for additional document types within Review and Workflow processing, expanding coverage. Additional supported document types include Property Data, Flood Certificate, ROV Internal, ROV External, and ROV Disclosure

• Updated the Create Order API to allow orders to be submitted without a Borrower Name when not yet available, improving intake flexibility

Bug Fixes

• Resolved an issue where the "On Hold" status was not functioning correctly, restoring expected workflow control for managing review statuses

Additional Notes

• Ongoing weekly support work (Weeks 9–11) for stabilization

• Continued investment in automation and reliability
