What's New

Enhanced reviewer assignment automation New workflow capabilities support escalated platform-driven reviewer assignment. These enhancements enable the platform to automatically identify and assign review work based on configured business rules, helping organizations distribute workloads more efficiently and reduce manual assignment.

Expanded collateral registry integration capabilities A new collateral registry service endpoint now securely returns client information through authenticated integrations. This enhancement supports future integration scenarios and improves access to client-related data across connected systems.

Greater control over review queue prioritization New configuration options allow organizations to prioritize revised appraisal work ahead of newly received orders when using Get Next functionality. This helps reviewers address active revision requests more quickly and reduce turnaround times on existing review activities.

What's Changed/Improved

Improved auto-review and tier management Several enhancements have been made to automated review processing and tier administration. Organizations can now exercise greater control over tier behavior, including options to restrict processing to escalated orders, apply targeted decision reason selections, and allow platform-assigned organizations to manage specific tier settings more effectively.

Enhanced review workflow configuration Revision request workflows have been refined through improved default sharing settings, helping teams maintain more consistent collaboration and communication during the review process.

Better reviewer productivity and usability Reviewers will experience a more streamlined workflow through improvements to findings management and checklist administration, including:

  • Alphabetical sorting of findings management tier selections

  • The ability to reorder checklist dropdown options

  • Inline editing and updating of findings comments

  • Improved visibility into timestamp information through enhanced tooltips

  • Consistent save-in-progress functionality across revision request and reconsideration workflows

Improved order assignment and routing logic Refined Get Next processing logic to better align with expected business behavior, improving the consistency and predictability of order distribution and reviewer workload management.

Platform performance and reliability improvements Multiple backend and user experience enhancements have been implemented, including review engine optimizations, user interface refinements, component modernization, and improved automated testing performance. Together, these changes improve system responsiveness, scalability, and overall platform stability.

What's Fixed

  • Fixed an issue that could cause review engine memory consumption to grow over time, potentially resulting in service degradation or out-of-memory conditions

  • Fixed an issue where the Orders Queue and Associated Files pages could become unresponsive during order creation

  • Fixed an issue related to market value variance validation when market value exceeded list price by more than 20 percent

  • Fixed multiple customer-reported issues addressed through support cases CM-182292, CM-449972, and CM-196976

  • Fixed styling and presentation inconsistencies on final review pages

  • Fixed findings comment menu visibility to ensure users only see actions they are authorized to perform

  • Corrected security and code quality issues within the UAD service MISMO library

  • Updated Form Viewer components to improve compatibility and stability
